Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship worldwide from Glasgow, United Kingdom. Orders are dispatched on business days after payment is confirmed. We do not use “local only” restrictions — international customers are welcome.

• Standard worldwide shipping is a flat $6 per order.
• Free standard shipping on orders over $45.
• Casecraft Club members receive free worldwide shipping on every order.
• All charges are shown in US dollars (USD) at checkout.

• United Kingdom: typically 2–4 business days.
• Europe & North America: typically 4–8 business days.
• Rest of world: typically 7–15 business days.
• Times are estimates from dispatch and can vary with customs and carrier load.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking where the carrier provides it. If tracking hasn’t updated after a few days, contact support@mobilerepairscot.shop.

For international orders, import duties or taxes may be charged by the destination country and are the recipient’s responsibility. These are set by your local customs authority and are separate from the price you pay us. We declare parcels accurately as required by law.

We use established postal and courier services. If a parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days and we’ll investigate with the carrier and put it right under our Refund and Returns policies.
